I am living proof that juggling develops very particular and amazing brain abilities, and the best thing is that these somehow spread to improve your everyday life -personal and professional.-

I definitely advise everyone to start juggling and periodically learn new tricks. In fact you can start with balls and once you dominate them move on to bottles, and then move on to much more complicated routines.
